Britain's highest peak becomes a whole new challenge in winter.
Normally coated in snow from 600m above sea level to the summit from November until April each year, and with frequent storms hitting the mountain building the ice which makes 'The Ben' world famous for winter climbers, an ascent of Ben Nevis in winter is a totally different game to summer.
With short day light hours, cold winds and the ever present threat of the next storm, it's best to be prepared. In winter ice axes and crampons become necessary along with the skills to use them effectively.
Our highly experienced and qualified guides will help you attempt to climb Ben Nevis giving you the best chance of success and hopefully providing a fun and fulfilling day on Britain's highest mountain.
